The house is by river, great view, and only 1.8km to the old quarter center!!!

- My life dream is living by the river, a peaceful view with bamboo tree, sands and natural wind.
- The Hanoi River House has 4 rooms with Red river view, 3 rooms with alley view, decorated as: Zen Room, Jungle Bar Room, Hanoi 1990s Room, Bamboo Room, Small Room, White Room, Recycled Room.
- Only 1.5 km from Old Street, on routine to Bat Trang ceramic village. U can book the whole Hanoi River House or separated rooms with lower price.
- And am a pilot, U can fly paragliding with me as well !!!

The space
- Hanoi River House is located by Red River, with quiet and peaceful view but it's only 1.5 km from Old/Walking Street Center and 2 km from Hoan Kiem Lake - the center marked as km zero of Hanoi.
- You can take a bus/Uber or Grab to anywhere. There are many temples and pagodas around my Hanoi River House. It's also easy to visit Bat Trang Ceramic Village with 0.3usd bus ticket.

Guest access
You can access to every where in Hanoi River House, including: 1. Kitchen, 2. Living room, 3. River view bar, 4. Karaoke and 5. Sport room.

Interaction with guests
I am only 4km/10mins away and online 24/7 on phone and feibuk/viber chat. I can give you a ride around the city on my Mercedes GLK 300 :)
You can visit my Gold Ceramic Factory and Showroom, or play with clay (free), sculpturing (free) or drawing your own product with 24K liquid gold (you buy gold 10usd/drop). Then we will fire it to finish your gold drawn ceramic product (see more at haidocovietnam, com, vn).
And/or u can visit my laboratory and clinic for stem cell cosmetic production for a facial treatment at a friend's price as well (anti wrinkle, anti-aging, derma roller, acne, black spots, hyper pigmentation treatment...)
We raise vegetables in the garden (opposite to the house), you can take them to cook any Vietnamese styled food with those non toxic materials, really delicious!!

Other things to note
I am a paragliding pilot, flying under military management, so if u would like to have a tandem fly, i can arrange it at a best cost (60usd/ ~15mins to 20mins flight ) since I am not doing business under this activity, just for fun and for your other points of view - "top down view" to our beautiful Vietnam.
If u r interested in flying a glider wing, i can teach u as well (should be 7 day training course).
I have a gold ceramic company, if u r interested, u can use liquid gold (u buy: 10usd/1 drop) to paint on ceramic (free, i souvenir) and then we fire it (free), u can get your own product after 2 days.

House Rules
No smoking
Check in time is flexible
Check out by 2PM
1. No drugs, No cigarettes in bedrooms.
2. Turn off aircon when u dont use them/get out/or open the windows.
3. No noisy activities before 7am and after 10pm (since it annoys the neighbours).
4. Turns off and unplugs IR and or magnetic stove after use, to prevent fire.
5. Do not put waste into the toilet, bathroom or disk washing sinks.
6. Do not bring more people, or prostitutes to stay in the house. For visiting during daytime purpose, plz inform me before visiting.
7. Please provide me with at least one of your passport(s) for registration and security during your stay.
