Stayed for four nights. Staff was incredible. Friendly and accommodating. The front desk associate, Ling was especially nice. Very good breakfast served until 10am, with buffet style options as well as a menu. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. They give you complimentary fruit platter in your room on arrival. They also give you a snack upon checkout. Ling was even nice enough to walk me out and help me get a grab ride.

The room was perfect , super clean and had everything you need. Excellent location , away from noise but 5 min walk to all the action. Most important is the staff ! Super nice and always helping you with whatever you need. Ask for a favor and was done in 2 mins. Which saved me. 20/10

This hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect of our stay. Opened in December, the staff were well prepared and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The location in the old quarter was perfectly located to either walk to attractions or to use GRAB for transportation. The hotel restaurant and bars were stunning. The room was clean and inviting and perfectly decorated. Again, could not say enough about their staff who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect.
