Amazing apartment tucked away from all the craziness of Hanoi. Only a short motorbike ride away from the main streets and busy areas. The position of the apartment is superb,the rooftop have amazing lake view. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Really great place. Good size very cozy for two people. Plus has a kitchen and stuff needed to cook. Only complaint is wifi is pretty bad, but on the plus side staff is very responsive about taking care of your complaints asap

The apartment was perfect for our first trip to the city! Its a short walk from supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. It’s also right next to the metro, tram and bus stop so you are minutes away from the heart of Hanoi.

The hotel has good service, polite and customer-friendly staff. The room is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, airy, clean, has a beautiful view, and can watch the sunset. I really like it and look forward to having the opportunity to use the service here again.

Simply superb, neat and clean room. good location, restaurants and gym are in close proximity. Staff is courteous. Use Grab for all your food and stuff. Have booked for family holidays, will be back soon.

I have stayed at this hotel many times during the past 2 years since it newly opended. Every time I am satisfied with the peace of the hotel and the service, I cannot find a single point to complain about. The receptionist and housekeeping staff are very professional and always serve me like their family members.

It's amazing place to stay for bussines trip when you in hanoi, the room is spacious, complete amenities, reception is very profesional and helpful, location is near to westlake. i stay there for 3 days 2 night, and service is very amazing. Equipment is new. I would very recommend you to stay on westlake hanoi, 1 bedroom deluxe is also a very recommended room to stay in. The hotel is located on foreigner area tayho with many bar and restaurant, a little bit difficult to find local food, and quite far if you plan to go to hoan kiem lake or walking street, but is very near to westlake.

The location is right next to the West Lake in the center of Hanoi. Staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic to guide tourists. The house is very clean and modern. The equipment is complete, nothing is missing. Refrigerator, stove, washer dryer, hair dryer. There is also a private terrace and toilet. The first floor has a spacious motorbike parking space. Been back and will be back for more. Room has a spacious double bed. Highly recommend.

Be aware that this hotel is in an alley of another alley not reachably by cars. I wasn’t aware so lugging luggages from the main street was rough. The neighborhood is nice, lots of expats around so you won’t feel alienated. The property itself is ok but the faucets were old, leaky shower head, one of units the hot water went out after 5 minutes. The positive was that for Hanoi, it was decent size. Dang Thai Mai is a busy street at times with huge container truck sometime going thru and block the whole street. Check in was weird but i guess it works: there is no full time desk staff, they have phone numbers that you can call

Phòng sạch sẽ, thiết kế hiện đại, có tới 3 điều hòa hoạt động tốt nên không gian rất thoáng mát. Nhân viên lễ tân nhìn chung chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện, tuy nhiên lúc mình đến phải đợi gần 1 tiếng mới được nhận phòng, trong khi bạn lễ tân nói chỉ mất khoảng nửa tiếng. Lúc đó đã gần đêm, mình lại đi cùng con nhỏ nên vợ mình khá bực vì phải chờ đợi lâu. Mình trả hơn 10 triệu cho 9 đêm ở đây nhưng chỉ được phát 4 chai nước lọc vào đêm đầu tiên, các ngày sau không có. Nhân viên dọn phòng nói chỉ khi khách trả phòng thì mới bổ sung nước cho khách mới. Ngoài ra, có một bạn nam ở quầy lễ tân cư xử khá thô lỗ, nói chuyện thiếu lịch sự khiến mình không thoải mái, nên mình trừ 1 sao.

아주 최악의 업소입니다 사진을 보고 예약했는데 시진은 고층레지던스였으나 골목의 작은 레지던스였고 체크인하러 방문했더니 방에 문제가 있어 다른 10분거리에 숙소로 이동하라고함 10분을 걸어 다른 곳에 갔더니 설 명절 연휴라고 청소가 안되었다고 30분기다리라하는데 숙박업소 하는 사람의 태도는 아니었음 손님을 맞을 준비가 안되어 있다면 예약을 받지 않는게 상식아닌가요? 호텔스닷컴의 환불을 요구합니다
