I didn't realise the hotel location is so close to St Joseph Cathedral. But we can't hear the crowd's noise, which is a good point. The room, it is what you are paying for; it has everything you need, just in a smaller size. The room is clean, but on the last night, we found some ants outside the door. Once we mentioned this, the staff helped spray some insect spray. Breakfast has plenty of options, Vietnamese style (hot bowl of pho and some congee), bread and jams, and cereals. Staff really helpful and friendly. I had to take a shower after check-out because my flight was late at 11 pm, they let me use one of the rooms to shower. I really appreciate the gesture.

We had a great experience at Splendid Holiday in Hanoi. The staff consisting of Harry, Emma, Lily, Anna, Mina, and Jon went out of their way to help us and make us feel comfortable and welcome. They are very knowledgeable and hospitable towards our questions and needs. The location is central and gives walkable access to significant Hanoi landmarks. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
