Staff is amazing. Ms Cindy and Mr Ding were especially helpful. Ms Cindy arranged a last minute tour for us even after she had gone hone for the day! Our rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. One of the best! Hotel is older but in good shape. Location was also great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Very good Hospitality and staff. Excellent service. Clean and new room and lobby. Bed vas a bit firm, but not too bad in Vietnam standard. Would like a softer bed. Breakfast was better than most, but not quite for my taste. We did not try the pho.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, the bed was soft and cozy, which made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices every day. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sky bar with its amazing city view and a nice drink was definitely one of the best experiences during my stay. The hotel also helped me book tour packages to Ninh Binh, Ha Long, Ha Giang, and other destinations at very good prices. I truly enjoyed those tours and appreciated the excellent support from the hotel team. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We had a quadruple family room and it was extremely small, one room couldn’t fit any bed side tables and it was a struggle to open suitcases comfortably. The pool area was extremely slippery, within an hour of being at the pool my son and another boy had slipped over hurting themselves- we didn’t go back as the floor was continuously filled with water which wasn’t being maintained. The breakfast was not kept stocked up, we had to ask for basics such as bread and drinks on more than one occasion. On a positive note, the staff are polite and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Splendid Secret Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter, very close to everything but still quiet at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ding Dong is always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both local and Western options. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Splendid Secret Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!
