Welcome to our private four-bedroom, four-story house, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a peaceful living experience for families and groups traveling together. This is not an apartment, but an entire house exclusively for your use.
The property was fully renovated in July 2024, combining modern convenience with a warm, cozy atmosphere. Each bedroom occupies its own floor, allowing guests to enjoy personal space while still sharing common areas for dining and relaxing together.
The house is quiet, well-lit with natural sunlight, and thoughtfully arranged to support both short stays and longer visits.
Layout & Living Space
The house consists of four private bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The vertical layout ensures privacy, making it ideal for families, multiple couples, or groups of friends.
The kitchen and dining area are located on the second floor, easily accessible and suitable for shared meals or light cooking.
Please note that this is a traditional multi-story house and does not have an elevator.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults. For groups of up to 10 guests, an additional mattress can be provided upon request.
