This was the most amazing place, but mostly it was the most amazing people. The staff here is beyond AMAZING. They are attentive and helpful, they want to make sure you are eating breakfast everyday. They offer real options for you to go do (not selling you anything) just helpful. They can arrange trips though if you want and they host your luggage for you while you are gone doing things outside your stay with them. Mai is the Manager and I just love her. Her and her teams commitment to excellence really shows!

Hotel staff are lovely and so helpful. Rooms were very nice but our air conditioning malfunctioned one night and it was super hot in our room and they could not fix it, nor did they offer a fan. Breakfast is mediocre at best.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. But what stands out is Mai and all the staff in the hotel and I mean everyone of the staff. From the moment you get out of the taxi, until you leave the hotel, you are treated like their only guest. The patience the staff have with certain customers is incredible. The spa below the hotel in an oasis of calm in the centre of Hanoi. Lovely breakfast and rooms are immaculate. Stay here and you will never forget it.

The O’Gallery was outstanding from start to finish. Daisy and all the staff were amazingly attentive to all our needs. The rooms were clean and sparkling. Breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay so much we changed our plans to stay another night at the end of our trip. The location is also terrific. Stay here if you get the chance.
