Great stay in Tay Ho. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when i was trying to figure out the laundry machine. Its just off the lake and even though my room didnt have a view of the lake, I would definitely recommend it. Lots of good restaurants nearby and lots of yummy food. Easy to get grab delivery to.

Our day was great. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a larger room that had a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The room itself was very clean and spacious the area surrounding the apartment. Was also a nice area.

I had a wonderful stay at Moonlight Tay Ho and would happily stay here again. From the moment I arrived, everyone on the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Alice, who was incredibly friendly, always had a smile on her face, and patiently answered all of my questions throughout my stay. Her hospitality made me feel right at home. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, The apartment was always spotless, and the service was consistent and professional. The location is another big highlight. There are cozy coffee shops right outside the door, plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and the beautiful West Lake just across the street, making it perfect for morning or evening walks. Thank you to Alice and the entire team and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Shower had good pressure and staff provided good service. Location was also right by the lake which was nice and the quiet. Only thing was that the apartment only has white lighting
