Road was closed so could not access the front. Booked a room for 6, but there was only 2 beds. The staff said the 8,4 year old should share beds with the 4 adults. Charged an additional $20/night for a cot even though the room was paid for 6 people through expedia.

The listing for this hotel was very misleading as it said it slept 6. When we arrived this was stated to be if the 8 and 4 year old shared the queen beds with the 4 adults. This should not be listed as sleeping 6. They brought a cot, but charged N additional $20 per night for the cot. Would not recommend for more than 4 people.

It was great welcoming with upgrade for our room and free drinks. Communication was super easy and english level of all staff were great and they were super friendly. Only issue is the construction next to the building. Just because of that it is a bit hard to find the entrance. I would stay there again. Fully recommended.

We booked 2 Bedrooms Apartment which was perfect for us. Hotel isn’t far from Old Quarter and very near to Train Market. The on going construction of subway makes this property peaceful and quiet during our stay. Thank you, Hanoi for your hospitality.

Excellent stay, the hotel is in a cute alley. Currently there are some public road work going on so the access is through a narrow street but it didn’t bother us at all. The room was clean and the staff attentive. There is a cafe on the top floor which gives incredible city views! Highly recommended.

청결하고 위치도 좋았으나 호텔 진입로 지하철 공사로 차량으로 갈 수 없고 좁고 울퉁 불퉁한 길로 들어가야 함. 가는길이 굉장히 힘들었음.
