A lovely comfortable stay. Linh and the staff were so kind and helpful. Great communication with us, arranging transport from the airport. Restaurant tasting menu a delight and location was perfect as right in the centre of the Old Quarter, perfect for exploring the area. Great location close to many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet despite being in the middle of the Old Quarter. The hotel doesn't have a gym, but guests can use the gym at the sister hotel, a 2 min walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

My only recommendation if you’re looking at booking this property and are a larger individual is to upgrade to a mini suite as the deluxe room bathroom is very tight where the toilet is located. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, excellent staff and the location is very good. Breakfast buffet was adequate, roof top bar is a nice escape after a long day. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hanoi.
