We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we would especially like to thank Ngan Tran, who was always smiling, kind and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of both Vietnamese and Western options. The swimming pool was perfect for cooling down after exploring Hanoi. My wife and daughter also enjoyed a spa treatment, and they were very happy with both the experience and the lovely staff. We highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived to a surprise room upgrade, and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive to us during our stay. We felt incredibly welcomed, especially as this is our first time in Vietnam and our first hotel stay in the country. This stay has made the start of our trip memorable for all of the right reasons :)

This property is located in the bustling old quarter but once inside feels like an oasis. The rooms are very well appointed, spacious and have the most comfortable beds. Cleanliness is top notch throughout the hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming and has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. A special shoutout to Kendrick who has been our server on multiple occasions in the 11th floor lounge and restaurant, he’s made us feel very welcome and his service is impeccable. I highly recommend this or any of the local La Siesta properties.
