this is absolutely the best hotel for the best price in hanoi, everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. emma especially made our experience warm and friendly. the breakfast buffet was also 10/10. i had another guest with me who didn’t come to breakfast and they told me to bring a plate of food to the room. i usually don’t leave reviews for things but this hotel exceeded my expectations.

This property is located in the bustling old quarter but once inside feels like an oasis. The rooms are very well appointed, spacious and have the most comfortable beds. Cleanliness is top notch throughout the hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming and has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. A special shoutout to Kendrick who has been our server on multiple occasions in the 11th floor lounge and restaurant, he’s made us feel very welcome and his service is impeccable. I highly recommend this or any of the local La Siesta properties.
