The staff truly made my stay enjoyable. I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay.

one of my favorite hotels

this is now one of my favorite hotels ever. Staff here was wonderful and we loved the package we bought...with club access and a dinner included. The spa was also good. The only thing I might give less than excellent marks on is the Wi-Fi. It worked, but not the greatest ever.

overall, it looks good but I need to highlight 2 things here : a - executive lounge shortage or baby chair, on 31 Dec, only one available b - breakfast variety but one of the staff attitude needed to be correct, as I requested him to help me put the hot chicken feet herbs soup on my plate but first, he wanted me to take it myself but it was hot, therefore I am requesting him to put onto my plate, he did it unwillingly finally.
