I had a truly wonderful stay at JM Marvel Hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The location was perfect, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I loved having a little balcony to relax on. The rooftop bar was a great bonus, but what really made my stay special was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend!

All the staff at this hotel are amazing - from the front desk, restaurant staff and the roof top bar. Special thanks to Trang who is the kindest and sweetest person imaginable. Nice hotel at a very good location. Buffet breakfast was good and very not crowded. Had dinner at the hotel resturant and it was delicious. Best thing about the hotel is the staff, very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Trang Nguyen for helping us and arranging a private car to Nihn Binh.

Outstanding from start to finish - everything about the hotel was faultless and such value for money. Its boutique nature gives way more attention than a huge expensive Intercontinental Hotel or similar could give. Surprised me just how great a smaller hotel is - when I return, I will book again. The restaurant and rooftop bar are fantastic BTW in fact, the restaurant food was better than the one Michelin star Tam Vi in Hanoi!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is amazing going above and beyond surprising us with birthday gift and decoration. Very attentive and kind. Room is very comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfast with good variety and fresh food every day. I would stay here again.
