장점은 가격 대비 넓어서 좋았습니다, 유흥가와 가까워서 놀고 들어오기 좋았습니다 단점은 창문과 베란다 방향이 도로를 향하는 방이 었는데 방음이 안되어서 너무 소음이 심했습니다. 공사장 소음 및 닭울음소리가 들려서 아침에 잠을 제대로 잘 수가 없었습니다. 그리고 호텔방 와이파이가 제대로 안되어서 옆방 와이파이를 써야 했습니다. 호텔 내 모든 와이파이 비밀번호가 같아서 옆 방 혹은 윗층 방 와이파이를 써야 했었습니다. TV는 작동을 하지 않아서 전원을 켤 수도 없었습니다. 에어콘의 리모콘은 제대로 작동을 하지 않아서 전원을 켜고 끌 때 혹은 온도를 조절할 때 힘들었습니다.

隔音不好

周圍都是韓國人，是個韓國區，滿熱鬧的，就是隔音很差，浴室水壓太小。公寓式的旅館，以這個價錢，算是不錯了，安全性一般般！

1. 연휴라는 핑계로 방청소, 침구 교체, 수건 교체, 그 어느것 하나도 안해줌. 안해줄거면 봉사료는 왜받음?? 2. 개미 존나 많음. 온 사방이 개미 천지임. 3. 숙소 바로앞에서 닭팔았는데 새벽 4시부터 울어제껴서 잠을 못잠. 4. 취사도구있는건 괜찮음. 5. 미딩 근처에서 제일 저렴함. 솔까 숙박비 1일당 2만원 아니었으면 안갔음.

출장,가성비 좋은편

오래된 시설이다보니, 욕실에 대한 청결도가 좋지 못했다. 이런것들에 예민하지 않으면...짧은 출장기간에는 지낼만 하다. 주변에 한국식당이 많아서...출장자들에게는 가성비로는 나쁘지 않다.

고객을 우습게 아는 숙소 (위치는 좋아요)

하노이에 매달 방문하는 사업가입니다. 이 숙소는 한국인이 밀집해있는 미딩에 있어서 그냥 한글로 후기를 남깁니다. 겨울에 숙소이용은 힘들것 같습니다. 히터가 나와도, 천장이 높아서 그런지 온기가 거의 없습니다. 그리고 온수는 뜨겁게 나오는데, 3분 이후에는 차가운물로 나옵니다. 순간 온수기로 사용되서 그런것 같습니다. 그리고, 제가 예약한 숙소는 아이스테이인데, 숙소에 방이 없다고, 자기들 이 운영하는 V-Studio에 가서 체류를 하라고 합니다. 그곳도 미딩 길 건너편이라고 하니, 문제가 없다라고 합니다. 한번 보고나서 결정하겠다고 했는데, 미딩 중심가도 아니고, 그나마 이 숙소 선택하게 된 이유가 위치인데, 이 숙소에는 머물수는 없다고 했습니다. 미팅 약속이 있어서 두시간 뒤에 숙소에 갔는데, 방 하나가 있다고 해서 보여줬는데, 선택의 여지도 없어서 그냥 투숙했습니다. 아까 말씀드린대로 추워서 외출복 그대로 입고 5일 내내 잤습니다. 샤워도 언제 차가운물로 돌변할지 몰라서 샤워할때마다 긴장을 많이 했구요. 숙소생활이 너무 힘들었습니다. 스탭들도 친절하고, 위치도 좋아서 다 좋았는데, 숙소 본질적인 기능은 전혀 없었습니다. 호텔스닷컴의 가장 큰 매력이 사용해보지 않은 이용자들에게 호텔의 평가나 후기를 통하여 방문을 결정하는 경우가 많기 때문에 최대한 주관적인 느낌을 배제하고 작성하려고 노력중입니다만, 아무렇지도 않게 숙소를 옯겨서 투숙을 하라는 매니져의 말에는 이런일이 다분히 있어왔다고 생각합니다. 위치는 한국인 밀집 지역인 미딩에 있지만 체인으로 운영되고 있는 아이스테이 그리고 V Studio는 한국인이 운영하지 않은 현지인 숙소로 보여집니다. 영어가 어려우신분들은 컴플레인하기도 귀찮아서 그들이 안내하는 숙소에 가서 일정을 소화하게끔 하려는 것 같고, 스텝들도 이런 방식으로 투숙객에게 일단 방이 없다고 하고, 공실 여유가 있는 조금 외곽에서 투숙하게끔 이야기 하라고 교육을 받은 것 같습니다. 그 이유가, 이런 상황은 보통 상황이 아닌데, 매니져가 나와서 사과도 없었고, 직원 핸드폰을 통하여, 상황 설명을 하는 것으로 봐서 이런 과정에 상당히 익숙한 사람들과 시스템으로 보여집니다. 어차피 두번다시 투숙하지 않을 숙소이지만, 다른 분들이 저처럼 피해를 입지 않도록 하기 위하여 경험한 일들을 공유해 드립니다. 저는 15년 이상 출장다니고 있는 사업가이구요, 베트남에 매월 출장을 다니는 사람입니다. 투숙 가격과 위치때문에 선택한 제 잘못이 제일 크지만, 아무리 봐도 이곳은 아닌거 같아요. 먼저 고객을 우습게 아는 업자들입니다. 한번 찔러보고, 아니다면 그냥 투숙하게 하는 이런 방식은 아니라고 생각합니다.

주변에 로컬 식당들도 많고 쇼핑몰 등이 가까워 편하고 좋았다

룸컨디션에 비해 정말 저렴한 가격에 놀랐다. 싱크와 주방기기 등 6일 지내는 동안 편안했다.

Cheaper but great!

This hotel is located middle of local Vietnamese and Korean town. Restaurants, bar, markets are all walk in distance and only 10 minutes walk from Keangnam tower. However, matress seems not really cleaned and few bugs I found in my rooms. If they care about cleaning, I will definitely stay here more. I booked this hotel only one they but after I decided to stay here two days more. Cheaper but I satisfied hotel than other hotels around Ha noi. If you want to feel local Vietnamese try here.
