This was, without exaggeration, the most horrific hotel experience I’ve ever had. We arrived at 2:30am absolutely shattered, only to be told we were at the wrong hotel. So we spent over an hour walking around the block in the middle of the night, confused and tired, only to find out we’d been at the correct place the entire time.
When we tried to check in (again), the situation somehow got worse. They insisted they hadn’t received our payment, even after I showed them my banking app and the confirmation proving it had gone through. None of it mattered — we were still forced to pay again just to get a key. They refunded it in the morning, but that doesn’t undo the chaos and stress at nearly 4am.
By the time we finally got into the room — after 4am — we were already at breaking point. Then came the final insult: the “two-bed family room” we’d booked was actually a tiny one-bed room… crawling with ants.
The whole experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
