One of the best hotels there is in Hanoi. Hands down to the staff who are very accommodating. Special mention to Sue and Evan who assisted at the front. The room we booked is bigger than what we expected and very clean. We were surprised the moment we got inside. The breakfast buffet was equally good as well.
