We loved our stay! The staff was very welcoming, helped with attraction information, and made sure we had everything we needed! The location was great as well! We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go and the food options right outside our door were wonderful! We had a beautiful 2 night stay at Hanoi Plaza. Beds were comfortable, and we booked a spacious connecting room which gave us plenty of space for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Breakfast on the rooftop was lovey with a nice selection of western and Asian options including made to order eggs/omelettes and Pho & Congee and noodle dishes. Service was friendly and attentive! Location was great - really was a 10-15 min to get anywhere and we spent our whole day in Hanoi just exploring the old quarter and loved it!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Nice, clean room with balcony, jacuzzi and sauna in the room as well as a standing shower. Powerful A/C, great facilities. Super kind and helpful staff, and it's right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. They give you a basket of goodies, and the whole vibe of this hotel is pretty modern. I would stay here again, highly recommend.
