Stay away! Worst hotel!!
Booked 2 rooms 1 double 1 family for 6 people. Worst hotel ever.
1) the moment you open the door, theres a very bad and foul smell in the whole room
2) room and toilet was very dirty. We can find cockroaches in the toilet.
3) couldnt sleep whole night as the bed causes alot of itchiness to me and my partner which we belive to be bedmites.. Told the reception next day afternoon, only blame us did not inform her in the morning so she could change the bedsheet.
4) 1 of the male reception totally couldnt speak or understand english. The female 1 totally not professional nor friendly.
5) The booking clearly stated FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED and we only found out in the morning that there is no breakfast provided due to RIDICULOUS excuse " no manpower to prepare breakfast" therefore no breakfast. The female staff was very rude as if its our mistake theres no breakfast. The staff did not even apologize nor provide any compensation or refund. We had to spend over 30 usd at nearby restaurant to have breakfast. We argued again the with female staff in the evening for quite some time in the end they only agreed to prepare plain bread and egg. We felt cheated and ridicule treated this way. We decided not to accept the offer in the end as we afraid the food prepared might not be consumable. We left the hotel and booked nearby hotels to stay instead in the end and only a few not willing to pay more continue to stay for a few nights.
complained to expedia and they performed partial refund.
