Best hotel ive been to so far in Vietnam overall. Rooms feels very clean, washroom is clean, hot water pressure is strong, the drainage for the water is clean and water drains appropriately and doesn't pool on your foot. Air-condition is good, they give out 2 free water bottles everyday when room is cleaned like the other hotels. They have options for tours with pick up at the hotel itself. The location is perfectly walking distance to the night market. Staff are super duper nice and helpful, they even printed out a map of whats around the area. They have black out curtains in the room, and the window and walls are pretty thick so the outside noise is contained. Laundry service is available. The only thing that could be better is the mini fridge in the room doesn't get cold, and it kinda sucks as i like my drinks and water really cold. But still, love this place! Mostly the staff makes everything perfect ❤️ And when i checked out, they gave me a little souvenere bag, so sweet!

I had an excellent stay!! The room was so cozy, clean and the water was very hot! I had a perfect view of the train and surrounding area. Incredible service and great location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This hotel is in a great location and is clean and tidy but the best part is the fantastic service you receive. Every member of staff was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. They were so kind, helpful with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we need. We ended up booking our last two nights quite last minute due to plans being changed by the typhoon and they made it so easy and stress free. I’d 100% recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Hanoi!

We loved our stay as a family of 4 at La Cascada. Our room was clean and the hotel location was great, with a 10 minute walk to most location's that meant that we were get around everywhere easily. The staff were amazing, beautiful peope who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They were so helpful with organising transfer to and from the airport, with great communication. They also helped book two great tours for us to do. Thank you so much.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The room was a good size, clean, and had both a/c and a fan. We also did not find it to be noisy outside. The location in terms of getting to food and the area around hoan kiem lake was very convenient, however cars cannot drive down the street the hotel is on so taking a grab or a tour out of the city can be a little tough but we did make it work. Overall, we had a good stay.

We had a family room which was clean and quiet (which is hard to come by in Hanoi). Staff is so friendly and willing to help make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. They helped us receive a bag we accidentally left in our previous hotel and made a wonderful effort for my son birthday - cake, candles and beautiful card - thank you La Cascada - keep up the good work and we will stay again if in Hanoi.

I'm SO happy we stayed here and it made our time in Hanoi even that much better. Located on the outskirts of the tourist district, the location was perfect- you're close to a lot but it's not super "touristy" feeling (especially compared to other parts of the district). Considering how close it is to the train, it was very quiet in our room. The entrance is in a small alley that you can't access by car so if you're bougie you might be off put, but we did not care at all. We liked that it is a smaller hotel and felt more homey. Our room was clean and the AC worked great. Considering how cheap it is to stay here, the quality is awesome. Our luggage got delayed and the staff we so friendly, accommodating, and worked with the Hanoi airport to get it delivered to the hotel. I can't say enough good things about the staff!! I'll be recommending this place to anyone I know visiting Hanoi. :)
