Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel pictures are not exactly what you get, rooms are smaller than they look, hotel has also changed its name to Artisan, which is confusing for taxi drivers. My colleague actually moved hotels for a bigger room, No lake view from rooms so name is confusing, staff were very helpful though
