This hotel is new and is rather nicely decorated. Staff were helpful and the manager at the all day restaurant (where breakfast is served) is friendly and makes it a point to know the guests, a rare find these days. However, I find the bathroom too dark with insufficient lighting. The hairdryer was also an issue - too heavy and can’t stay for long in the socket in the bathroom when in use as the wire is not long enough. Coffee machine was also an issue with a very slow drip of water coming out. Location wise, it is not within walking distance to anything but with affordable GRAB/taxi fares, this is perhaps not a big issue. For the price I paid, I would say it is value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here when we were in Hanoi. We stayed for 3 nights for our anniversary and we really appreciated the nice gesture with the card/cake/decoration/voucher they gave us! Staff was really kind, helpful and welcoming at check in. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel is in the heart of Down Town Hanoi, very busy area and very crowded. But the hotel is an oasis of silence, peaceful rest and incredible service. It is very new hotel and superb service and staff.

The hotel and rooms are very nice. The only thing I did not like was the toilets in the room. Too high, too small and uncomfortable. No idea who chose those toilets type, but they are not so good. I stay over 100 days a year in hotels. This is probably the most uncomfortable toilet I ever had. I am not talking about the look or all the gadgets in there. I am simply referring to the seat itself. The food in the hotel is absolutely great, loved it.
