This hotel did not disappoint. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our family stayed here and we enjoyed the entire week. You are greeted with a nice cold beverage and physically shown to our room. Breakfast was fresh and amazing every morning. We book a couple activities (Ninh Binh and HaLong Bay)though the hotel and they were both worth it. The staff helped us navigate places we wanted to visit such as money exchange, food locations, stores...etc. we were throughly impressed by the service we received from the staff at this hotel. I highly recommend staying here and next time we come back, we will use them again.

The staff were very friendly and offered cake and juice at check-in. The room was spacious compared to typical hotels in the surrounding area. However the breakfast was limited and the more importantly the shower was quite old with stained walls. Overall, I would still recommend.

A good hotel in Hanoi- highly recommended

It’s a good hotel in old quarters of Hanoi City from where several attractions like train street, Opera House etc are nearby. There is an Indian restaurant just in front of the hotel. Hence, an ideal place to stay specially for Indian Travellers. Many group tours also pickup directly from this hotel. Highly recommended.

Surprisingly quiet room (#703), given the business of the area. Rooftop restaurant just one floor up the stairs. Excellent breakfast! Could be improved: the rainfall shower head needs all its holes pierced properly (until then, the thin jets will feel piercing to your skin), and the desk chair was too tall to sit properly when working at a laptop - there's not enough space for a person's thighs to fit under the desk.
