The staff is very nice, professional and attentive. We called to see if they had an ice machine. They said on the 8th floor. About 10 minutes later, the staff showed up at our door with a bowl of ice. Talk about service! 😁 The spa at the hotel did not disappoint. They open late until 11 pm and they take walk ins. I believe we had a massage almost every other day! They're breakfast was good and there were some cook to order items. The coffee was good too. I would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was we waited 45 minutes for our transport. He wasn't at the designated pick up area. Not the greatest after a 15 hour flight. Our phone was not connecting when we first arrived so it was difficult trying to connect to the hotel or the driver. That was the only hiccup, after that, everything was peachy!

The hotel is located in the heart of old Hanoi. There were numerous food and souvenier options nearby. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. The staff was amazing. They were very helpful in recommending places to eat and booking tour reservations and transit reservations to our next hotel, as well as, tour and transit reservations after our stay had ended. The room was very clean, the staff were so friendly, and very helpful, but most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here twice on our way in and out of Hanoi. It is located near the old quarter, so it is a great area to explore, and it is near the weekend night markets by the lake. They have an excellent breakfast buffet as well. We loved our stays here!
