Wonderful place! In the Old Quarter with its extreme hustle and bustle but it was quiet inside. Restaurants abound as well as small stores. Reception referred us to terrific nearby restaurant and helped us get out Grab vehicle (like Uber) that couldn’t reach us due to a traffic jam. Receptionists were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast food is quite satisfactory with great fresh food and omelettes. Laundry is quick and cheap. I would most definitely go back!

Location is close to everything, facilities were good as was breakfast selection (buffet style but with an omelette/egg station and a pho station), staff were very helpful and efficient. Perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi’s old quarter and walking distance to many amazing places to visit. The room was clean and the bed firm. We found it difficult to control the room temperature through the night but this was probably our own fault! The team here are super friendly. At breakfast the fruit selection was fresh and vast - much appreciated. Would stay again.
