If you have any standards at all, you will run from this hotel as fast as you can. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff who went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully refunded. I do not know why Expedia even allowed me to leave a review because other than the staff, there's nothing good about this hotel. Don't book it, do no get out of your car, just drive away!

Stayed on two separate occasions a month apart. The first time we were checked in around 1 am by an unfriendly, young night clerk and ended up with a first floor room in the back of the hotel and there was a party in one of the rooms one of the nights that had loud cars driving by thumbing their music. I called the front desk and eventually they put a stop to it. The 2nd trip we stayed again because the rooms were clean and it was conveniently located. I'd also read ratings for other Hammond hotels and this seemed like the best option still (definitely a shortage of swanky hotels in this area) Upon arriving our second trip I asked for a first floor room in the front and the sweet front desk lady (I think her name was Barb) bent over backwards to flip some things around and make it happen. Wish I'd had my second experience the first time around too. I'd stay again now that I've figured out the trick!
