I stay here whenever I am driving thru but the last two times if has not been good. First time the room was run down I choose the handicap room since did not want to haul my stuff up the stairs. The way back our room's floor was so dirty. I had my Swiffer with me, so I mopped it and OMG it was so gross. It was like the bed was changed but the bathroom or floors were not done. The rubber mat was in the shower still with hair on it. If the bathtub was clean the mat would not still be in the tub. I stay also at the other hotel different brand, but same owner may have to start going back there. The only reason I go here is since I have a cat with me and they don't charge a fee.

The room was clean. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about tge surroundings. The beds are comfortable. All around it was a great stay at Red Roof Plus in Hammond, LA. I would definitely stay again!
