When Iarrived from out of town, I found out at check in that They gave my room away bc they said the card on file was not valid. However, I selected to pay at counter. So why are they attempting ro charge for payment on the morning of check in prior to me even checking in on that afternoon. Dont I have the choice to use whatever card I prefer to pay with at check in. So when i arrived at the front desk to check in and pay using a different card. They stated that they canceled my reservation and can not rebook me a room bc they are sold out. Which was very wrong to do.

There is not a hot tub as stated on Expedia. I was a little disappointed with that. Besides that the property was great.

My aunt booked our hotel for our wedding night days before. We had the confirmation email and everything, but when it came to our wedding night it was a nightmare. We went to check in and were told our reservation was cancelled due to them being booked. We had to then hurry and try to find somehwere to go on our wedding night! We were extremely disappointed.

Well we had reservations, for a King, because our room was still occupied by previous nights guest. We arrived AFTER 3PM. In turn they gave us a double bed. Afternoon staff wasnt helpful and pretty rude. Wasnt NEW as advertised. Bathroom was pretty rough but bed was comfy.

Clean hotel in General, Bath drained slow and the toilet seat was so loose it was dangerous. I don’t understand how a maid could clean this room and not report these to maintenance, and shut the room down, definitely a management issue at this hotel.
