We had only been in our room 1 minute. Our little granddaughter ran across the room twice and the lady at the front desk called and said we needed to be quiet because we were being too loud. I will never go back.

Had a nonrefundable room. Plans changed and could not be there the night booked. Called the hotel directly, they said call Expedia. I called Expedia and they called the hotel while I was on the line. No possibility to change the date, partial refund, etc. Was hoping for something since most online posts said the majority of places will do so. I will be going back to Hammond many times, so I could have still used the room on a different date.

Very clean and bright hotel but they are still working out kinks. Eg: no ice buckets in room, room paint wasnt dry when room firat rented so flakes missing, no obvious fan switch in bathroom. Isabelle at front desk very helpful and overall the hotel was really nice compared to others in this price range

Check in was easy and fast. The room was on the smaller size but very nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, Bagel bar with things like yogurt, fruit and cereal. The pool was nice. There was also a small workout room. The only thing I took small issue with was I had a family of four and only had two bath towels. In order to get more, you have to go down to the front desk as they don't have any type of housekeeping for that kind of thing. But overall the hotel was nice and modern. Would definitely stay again.

There is no coffee maker in the room have to go down stairs to even get coffee. Only eggs where hard boiled. Very limited menu.

When Iarrived from out of town, I found out at check in that They gave my room away bc they said the card on file was not valid. However, I selected to pay at counter. So why are they attempting ro charge for payment on the morning of check in prior to me even checking in on that afternoon. Dont I have the choice to use whatever card I prefer to pay with at check in. So when i arrived at the front desk to check in and pay using a different card. They stated that they canceled my reservation and can not rebook me a room bc they are sold out. Which was very wrong to do.

The staff were nice and helpful. Beds were way too firm/hard!!!! Front of hotel could use some work. Didn't feel as safe as I could have been with better lighting.
