Overall I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and upkeep. The staff were very nice and friendly. My only complaint is the key card swipes not working at the doors where the stairs are located, I have a rational fear of elevators so I prefer to take the stairs, but I was forced to take the elevator because the key card machine wasn’t working. Besides, that I enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean. I gave four stars because of location. The train runs by about every two hours all night. We were so tired that we went back to sleep quickly but might be more bothersome for other people.

I noticed a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway leading to the elevator, and the odor was even more noticeable once inside the elevator. This was concerning to me, as I prefer to stay in hotels that maintain a smoke‑free environment. If your property has a non‑smoking policy in place, I would encourage the staff to enforce it consistently to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Additionally, I chose your hotel despite the higher rate compared to nearby options that include a complimentary continental breakfast. I was a bit disappointed to learn that breakfast was only available for an additional charge through the on‑site restaurant. There were also a couple of maintenance issues in my room. The toilet was leaking intermittently; tapping the flush handle would stop it temporarily, but the issue returned throughout the night. I initially thought it would resolve on its own, so I did not report it immediately. The water pressure in the shower was also quite low, which made it difficult to use and ultimately resulted in longer shower times. I did share this with management and they advised that they would work on this to improve.

No complementary breakfast. $13. 00 at restaurant on site. Housekeeping missed. Dii is d not replenish cup and coffee each day. Trash emptied but sometimes didn’t replace bags. Did not clean around coffee area in room. Sugar scattered not cleaned daily while there. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well each day and house seemed maybe hurried and missing things.
