Check in was easy and pleasant. Always friendly. We had only stayed there once before but they remembered my daughter and myself and greeted us so kindly. We will only be choosing this hotel from now on when I come to my doctors appointments in Covington.

The room is excellent! The beds are top-notch. There are a variety of pillows so you can choose the level of firmness you prefer. There are lots of good TV channels. The snack bar has a good variety. Staff are very polite and professional.

It was overall an OK stay. Compared to some of the other Holiday Inn Express, the building and rooms felt dated and could use an upgrade. The staff was helpful and breakfast was quite nice.

The hotel needs new carpet throughout. The room was musty and just not well taken care of. No USB ports for charging devices. Wasn’t terrible just wasn’t very good.
