One receptionist with blonde hair & glasses was very welcoming and friendly. The receptionist when we left was younger with brown hair and glasses and was not very friendly.

Do not book this place.

My room felt musty, the AC did not work and no way to control it. The carpets seemed wet, everything is outdated. I don't understand this place is still open in this condition. This place needs to be rebuilt, I've stayed in a lot of hotels before and this one is one of the worst. The staff was friendly, nothing else.

We had a suite with a separate bedroom, it was large, nicely furnished and well equipped. The shower is too small. There were not enough electrical outlets, I wish I had brought an extension cord. I never was able to get the TV in the living room to work. I liked that I could park just outside the entrance and it was a short walk to check in and to access the elevators.

Clean and specious

The place was outdated and needs a renovation. The rooms are original and nothing new about they. They were very clean. Also old AC units that do t work. The hallways were cooler than the room. Stony desk staff was friendly also. There is a bar and a restaurant on scite and lots of restaurants in the area. Some are walking distance. Also water view and water trails
