I do not know where the pictures on this ad came from, but let me tell you it was not the place we stayed! This place was dingy. The room was DIRTY - there is no way the bathroom had been cleaned in some time - spray along the mirror from toothpaste and I do not know. The toilet had dried urine running down the front of the bowl. The shower was super grungy. There was no bulbs in some of the lights and we asked at the front as we left for the night - even offered to replace the bulbs ourselves when we got back if they just got out bulbs for us, but nothing. The air conditioning was on full blast and unable to be stopped on a night that was -10, so we were freezing - we did ask at the front too, but no one even helped they just said the remote was the one that "should" work. The bed was like an upside-down pyramid - the frame was smaller than the box spring, which was smaller than the mattress. We certainly had some laughs about the place, but if you actually care about where you are staying, DO NOT book here!

Dirty towels, exploding hair dryers, and rooms that smelled like cigarette smoke. For the money I did not expect much but this was definitely a huge disappointment. Also there was very little hot water in the shower and two days in a row I had a lukewarm to cold shower at best. The hair dryer on the wall literally blew up in my hair Sparks were flying and it melted. I had asked for a new hair dryer and for the next two days they simply escorted me to an empty room where I could dry my hair. Because I was on set acting the commercial it was important that I blow dried my hair lol. When I opened up the towels after having my first shower one was clearly covered in stains that had not been washed out and one of them had a questionable brown spot on it that I would not want to imagine the source of. There was Wi-Fi advertised on the site but there is no Wi-fi here so don't expect any. The only upside to this place would be that the location is close to downtown restaurants and bars but that is it and I could not give the hotel credit for its location after all. I have never left a review like this for a hotel but I was quite insulted that when they finally brought a hair dryer to my room on my last day that they said oh well you should leave us a good review then. So if that's what takes to designate something as good service I am seriously confused.

The room was ok, clean. The TV worked but you had to get up to turn it on and change the cancel. But there were 2 remotes. There was only 3 pillows and 2 towels with no hand towel. When asked for extra it was brought to our room but then the worker pushed past me and barged into the room saying he needed to check the shower curtain ( this was also around 9pm) I told him my partner was in the bathroom and he said he would wait... My partner told him the curtain was ok and he finally left. To access the room, you had to enter in a 8 digit code and return the card when leaving.

We had zero light in the bathroom, had to use our phones for light.A bunch of lights were out in the room. Asked for them to get replacement bulbs, never happened. The room was filthy, stains on the bed, mold in the bathroom, just disgusting. Had 2 tv remotes and neither of them controlled the tv. Bags of garbage were left in the hallway overnight after staff cleaned the rooms. Very terrible experience. Would not recommend.

EXPEDIA: I don't know what is outside your review guidelines(?...). I haven't mentioned specific rates, profanity or personal information. Please let me know what to change, and I will gladly do so. Thanks I booked and paid for the room in July. One week before my stay, the hotel cancelled my booking, saying "your room" is under renovation. They said I must tell Expedia it's cancelled, they didn't. Then a few days later, there are several rooms available again at double the price. I asked them to honor my original booking, they would not. During the stay, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, we could see there was broken drug paraphernalia in the drain. Asked front desk to fix, they could only get half out, then left some broken glass on the counter. UNTRUSTWORTHY, for cancelling my booking, 4 months after it was booked, then relist it shortly after for double $$. No apologies to us for a terrible experience.
