The overall hotel experience was well and comfortable but I was very disappointed how the breakfast situation was handled for me and my family. I had paid for breakfast during my reservation but was informed that the purchase included 1 individual and not 1 room residence.

I enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Sheraton. The team had on going conversations leading up to the arrival date to ensure we had enough rooms and addressed the issue of parking. Checking in was a simple process. The Starbucks attached to the hotel made getting coffee in the morning easy. Nicely renovated and the rooms were kept clean. I had an issue with the room I was placed in despite prior communications but the manager attempted to resolve my concerns. I was settled down already in a room that was not favoured by me, I declined the offer to exchange rooms after the first night, but one can feel the sincerity of the manager trying to make things right. Next renovations idea: incorporate a sauna room to allow the guests to really relax. It’s too bad the patio was closed for the season. Overall, a good stay with cleanliness and friendly staff.
