Hotel was conveniently located, and in close proximity to Swiss Chalet, Wendy’s, Tim Horton’s etc. Room was quiet, coffee in the lobby was great! Breakfast food quality could have been a little better and I am sure most would be happy to pay a few dollars to be served better quality products! Good hotel, good service, will return

We were in town for a hockey tournament. It was a great location, only about 10 minutes down the road from Gateway Ice. Across the street are a few little shops and eateries, all within walking distance. The Lake is wothin walking distance with a path you can walk along it. The hotel has a small pool and limited workout room. Our room was clean and staff was friendly. The heating/ ac units either need to be updated or maintenance is needed, we had to make adjustments continuously during out stay. The shower requires several minutes to allow it to heat up as well. The hotel would benefit from updates compared to the newer community surrounding it. Overall despite these, we would recommend this location.

Good for the price. Hotel needs major updates but was close to the water, businesses and a nice area outside the walk around at. The breakfast was TERRIBLE but luckily there is a Tim Hortons nearby.

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby and breakfast room were bright and clean. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The only and very minor negative feedback would be the variety of options for the continental breakfast. The eggs were bland and tasteless. The coffee was great though. I would definitely stay here again.

The actual building entrance and front desk area looked updated but the room was a different story. It was dated, the bathroom setup was very small. I do have to say the free breakfast was very good value.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but it was within walking distance to Lake Ontario and a lovely walking path next to the lake. If you stay, I highly recommend the Olive Board for dinner. Amazing food & wine! The hotel had a hot breakfast in the AM too which was really nice.
