Ac did not keep the room cool. No pillows on one bed out of the 2. Didnt have pillows to give and offered towels rolled up instead. Staff was nice just poor supplies and the ac didnt work.

Room was tidy/clean enough but very dated and dingy. Noise outside sounded like the window was open when a vehicle was revving its engine in the middle of the night. Also noisy hallways. Sketchy people around. Not great overall but cheap. You get what you pay for.

We had 3 people in the room but only 2 towels, 2 pillows, and 1 blanket. When we asked for more, we went to house keeping together and that was all they had. The AC was broken, and the room had a terrible smell. There was water on the floor, and when I wiped it up the towel came back black—so now I’m down to just one towel. I was planning to quietly mention this at checkout, but someone else was already complaining. Staff was great, I can't imagine what it's like working there knowing it was like that. Was there with my kids. I can't believe it.
