Was neved tild when booking that the pool was closed. Called fromt desk was told they fix us for next time. Checked at check out and was told theyd give points to help for a later stay if ws registered. No give us a discount for next visit. Wont go back.

Upon arriving the room and staff was excellent then after that when we arrive back from our outing, we discovered the television was not working so we called down front desk answered and said will send somebody up 45 minutes later my wife calls again and they said someone will be up there in about five or 10 minutes The gentleman did arrive close to 10 minutes after look like we were disturbing him no communication even when we said thank you did not acknowledge us. Was very disappointed in that then after that went to hook up her Wi-Fi and it said her room name did not match so we could not cook our Wi-Fi so we have spotted off Cell phone for our iPad because it does not have Internet on. It overall was not very pleased about all that did not want to call downstairs and disturb the gentleman again plus we called numerous times before they answered the phone every time we called.
