The Hotel was beautifully decorated & the cleanliness was amazing! Anytime we would run into a housekeeper they would say hi or have a smile on. Our breakfast was great and anyone we dealt with was very nice!

Direct connection to shopping and casino and Scotiabank Place via the Pedway. Never have to go outside. Great in the fall. Hotel had a beautiful pool, hot tub and gym.

The room was very convenient, as we had a second floor location that opened directly into the pool (a major perk as viewed by my 13 year old), but the temperature was difficult to regulate…not sure if this is due to heat leaching in from the pool. The restaurant was nice but a bit pricey, and the conferences seemed to spill out into the common areas a lot, making them loud and crowded. Location within the city is perfect.
