We had a great stay and will do it again. The desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room very clean! A shout out to the cleaning staff who were very helpful in getting me into my room (card swipe systm a little different than most other places) Thank yoiu.

If one wants to be walkable to the wharf area and not pay the "big bucks" then this is a great place to stay. Parking can be tricky as the parking lot fills up so it is a bit of a walk to 2 other parking lots if required. It was clean and secure so no issues at all.

Simple, comfortable accommodations, worked well for what I needed for this specific trip. Convenient free parking. Clean shared bathrooms and kitchen. Room was basic, nice to be able to open window, but also to use a fan when whether got unseasonably hot.

Check in staff were great. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Used the kitchen and left items in the communal fridge without issues. Price included parking which was great. Rooms without air can be warm. I brought an extra window fan. A fan was provided but was glad to have the extra fan. Would stay again for sure.

We stayed here in the middle of July. The rooms are college/university dorms. We are a couple and had 2 rooms with single bed and a share in room bathroom. Pros for us. The price point was excellent for our budget.Very convenient to downtown about a 20 minute walk. Cons very basic room with towels and soap. Nothing else. I would rather booked a queen size bed next time but not sure that is available since a college/university setting. We would stay here again if nothing else in my price range

The room that I had with my daughter was large, very clean, and very comfortable. The washroom has just down the hall, it was an all gender washroom, it was very clea , there were three stalls for the bathroom, and three shower stalls as well. There are no elevators, so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs with it. Very friendly staff, and I appreciated that we were welcomed to use all the amenities in the building, such as the gym and pool.(we didnt use them though) I will definitely book there again, and will happily recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper accommodation downtown Halifax.

I had no power in any of the outlets in my room. I told front staff and they told me they "flipped the breaker". They didn't even check to see if that worked. Too expensive for what was essentially just a bed and toilet.

Very clean. Like, spotless. But there’s nothing in the room, like extra towels or blankets. It gets very cold at night in Halifax so bring a blanket. It was all available for a fee (to rent). Ridiculous since it wasn’t really that much cheaper than the hotels. Pool is not in the building. It wasn’t even mentioned. I did confirm with staff that it is included. Will I stay here again? Absolutely…unless I can get a nice hotel for a little more. Hotel prices are event based and there was a lot going on in the city.
