The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. It was also very quiet. The room was very dated with stains on the curtains and quilt. The balcony was unusable due to construction and access was difficult. This was very poor value for the amount of $748.00 for 2 nights. We would not stay here again

Stayed for two nights thanksgiving weekend. Loved the location, garage access and front desk staff. We noticed in day 2 that house cleaning did not come to refresh our towels etc. We brought this up to front desk and they indicated housecleaning only clean room every second day and were gone for the day. They provided us extra towels, but it would have been good to know this ahead of time. Also there was a wet spot on carpet next to air system, likely condensation. No smell or anything just damp carpet. Hotel room i. General is due update

Room was clean but heat not working properly.Private balcony was covered with bird droppings. Request to clean balcony was never addressed. Health risk. Never used no maintenance on w/e, no manager on duty on Monday morning & when I advised front desk that balcony was not cleaned, housekeeping had gone home. Staff were unresponsive. Fruit flies at bar & in my wine. Two heaters were provided which blew a fuse, so no electricity for 40 minutes.
