Property was very modern inside. Bed was amazing, so comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Location was very central. Staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful in organising a driver for us to take us to the National Park. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay on Cat Ba Island

Our stay at the Moon Boutique Hotel was wonderful. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 2 week trip to Vietnam. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful for all our needs. The location is right in the main strip of Cat Ba town, which can be a bit hectic but our room wasn’t too noisy. This was a great value for the price and I would return.

Many of the hotels in the area are old as this small bustling town of 12k people see 10k-20k tourists in the summer months per day. This hotel had great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, and Cat Ba Ventures make it very convenient for me book tours around the area, as well as transportation to/from Hanoi.

Best hotel in Vietnam!

I’m pretty sure this is the best hotel in all of Vietnam. The rooms are incredible. Beautifully designed, lots of space, with all the amenities. On top of that, the service was so amazing. The two girls that helped us were so kind and helpful. I don’t think you can find a better hotel!

It was our best hotel in Vietnam so far. We highly recommend it. The room (we booked the suite) was amazing as well as the breakfast and the staff. Unfortunately they are building a huge resort in front of the hotel - better to keep Cat Ba special instead of mass tourism

We had a two night stay at the Moon Boutique Hotel whilst we were doing a Lan Ha boat trip. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and modern and the staff were all very friendly. Our stay was impacted by the construction work which is taking place directly outside, and there was also very loud music coming from the fountain display until late in the evening, which is not the hotel’s fault but did impact our sleep!
