Continental breakfast was an absolute joke, coffee was so weak you weren’t positive it was even coffee and no choices for something to eat except a sticky doughnut in cellophane. Our room key needed reset several times and the last night it stopped working and they weren’t able to give us access to our room

I had the privilege of a door pounding alarm clock. The neighboring room had a medical emergency, and the sherif could not get in the room. The room served its purpose to allow me to sleep for a few hours. I just don't know how the staff could not let the 1st responder in the room. I just had to continue my journey earlier than anticipated.

The staff are really nice and it's a quiet place (at least in winter). The housekeeping staff is really friendly. Breakfast is pretty minimal but it's better than nothing and the coffee is hot. My room was clean. No complaints.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lacked some amenities like tissues, only one bar of soap, and breakfast was poor. However, it had everything we needed and we didn't spend much time there so it worked for us. Coffee was good. It was close to the WMRT and C&O which is why we were there.

The Super8 in Hancock exceeded my expectations for a budget overnight stay (Berkeley Springs WV was my destination). With that said, it's not super fancy, but I could tell that there have been efforts to upgrade (with some ways to go). There were ample hooks and hangers, the single queen room was spacious. I found that the nicest touch was the dimmable nightstand light, both for winding down, and in the early morning. The young man who checked me in was thorough and friendly. I paid $15 for an early check in, and got a nap in. The sheets / towels were clean. The only thing I felt missing was a box of Tissues. I was comfortable enough and actually got some shut-eye before an early departure.
