At check in I was told that the room that I paid for wasn't avaliable. I then was placed in a handicap room. The room was clean but the windows were broken and wouldn't lock, the bathtub had a massive crack in the bottom of it, the tv would work occasionally. Room key had to be changed 4 or 5 time in the 2 nights we stayed.

over 20 minutes to check in after waitin 10 minutes for gal in front of me to get checked in. I was prepaid thru Orbitz and had my computer receipt from Orbitz and his computer showed I was prepaid. But guy at desk was new and just learning. Computer problems too with card reader. Long time on phone with his boss Mike Patel. New guy Jason seemed sincere but was overwhelmed. He couldn't get it all to work, but since I was prepaid I suggested he just give me my room key, which he finally did.

This motel is more cheap than low cost

The building shows its age. The mildew in the bathroom tiles shows poor cleanliness, the exhausted batteries in the TV remote showed carelessness, the exhausted batteries provided by the front desk, showed their "I don't give a damn attitude. The miserable choices of channels on the TV proved that you get less than you pay for. You will probably find better choices in Berkeley Springs, WV six Miles south on this motel.
