Luxurious 6th floor unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Master bedroom and Little Lagoon view from the Guest Bedroom and the Front Door. Water all around =)

Crystal Shores West is a 14 story, on the beach, Gulf-Front Condominium completed in May 2008. Unit 606 is upscale and beautiful with top of the line features including 9' ceilings, windows in every room, 1 Reserved Covered Parking space comes with this reservation providing easy access to the elevator for easy loading and unloading of your Family and suitcases. You will need to purchase an additional pass upon arrival if you have two cars. The second car will need to park in a non reserved spot. Passes are $40 each car for your stay.

Our unit is completely tiled and comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a vacation home. We offer keyless entry which will eliminate key pick-up/drop-off and the worrying/possibility of losing the key in the sandy beach. This beutifully decorated 6th floor unit includes high speed internet with wireless WiFi, flat screen TVs; 55" in living and 60" in Master Bedroom (Smart TVs, including DVD players) in every room for your pleasure, cable TV, gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops , dinning area with seating for 6 and of course your private oversized Gulf front terrace large enough for a table, chairs, private sunbathing,. and MUCH more! The foyer, kitchen, bathroom, breakfast area, and laundry room are tiled. If you happen to feel like taking a break from the beach or the weather goes bad - feel free to make use of the exercise room, sauna, indoor pool, listen to the CD player, play games, read books, solve puzzles, and play cards all provided for YOUR enjoyment. We also just replaced our pullout bed with a brand-new upscale mattress for extreme comfort!

Good location and perfect for 2 people. Kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced… we had to buy our own pans to use for frying. Also, all the knives were very dull and wouldn’t cut through or slice anything. This seems to be a common theme with VRBO properties as it’s happened to us on several other occasions. Needs maintenance to check lights, microwave light and toilet handle. Would have been helpful to have instructions on how to access TV .

We recently stayed at this condo and overall the experience had both highlights and frustrations.Pros:Very easy access to the beach – which made it so convenient.Beautiful morning views from the balcony, perfect for coffee and relaxation.The umbrella rental team – they made things simple and stress-free.Water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the water heated up quickly.The condo itself is nice.Cons:Not the owner’s fault, but the unit above us started leaking. This led to multiple disruptions, maintenance coming in and out, and us needing to clean up after their visits – a major inconvenience during vacation.Neighbors smoked on their balcony despite the condo rules stating no smoking, which made it unpleasant to sit outside at times.Overall cleanliness of the condo was disappointing. I expect some sand at the beach, but there was sand on the countertops and appliances when we arrived.The appliances and much of the kitchenware are very worn and need updating. We couldn’t even find a pan suitable for cooking eggs. Part of renting a condo is the ability to prepare meals and enjoy the place as a “home away from home,” and this was not possible.Final Thoughts:This condo has a fantastic location and several things going for it, but between the maintenance issues, lack of cleanliness, and outdated kitchen, it didn’t fully meet expectations. With some updates and closer attention to detail, this could be a great rental.

Are stay was good. It has a good parking place and a great view. It covered most of are needs. The bed was comfortable. The walk to the beach was great it was very short distance and your on the beach. I did have a little trouble getting a hold of them. Overall our vacation was great.

Great view, cute little condo. Perfect for our family. The elevators were rough on Saturday but that’s no fault of the owners. Parking was easy and convenient. Do wish there were dishes other than glass or breakable since traveling with kids but again we were adaptable! Beach access is great. The outside cushions could use updating and some sort of rug would be nice to wipe feet off. Otherwise everything was awesome! Really enjoy our time.

The unit had a great view and location! Overall the unit was as described but could use a deep cleaning and some general maintenance. The parking spot is tight if you have a large vehicle but we were aware of that from a different review. Thankfully no one was parked by us for the whole week. One of the downfall of the building but not the unit are the elevators. There are two but they are slow and very busy. On check out day, we had to wait about 30 mins to get one to take our things to the car. Since you are on the 6th floor, it’s a lot of stairs to try to do it that way. Overall we had a great week and enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed a short trip to visit some dear friends we hadn't seen in years, staying for two pleasant nights. The view was breathtaking, the location ideal, and the staff incredibly kind and welcoming. The condo was spotless and well-prepared for our arrival. Great view of the Gulf

Property had everything we needed for a great stay in Gulf Shores. Location was close to restaurants and shops and right on the beach. View from the balcony was excellent. Enjoyed sitting out on it and listening to the waves crashing and enjoying the gulf breeze. Perfect vacation with our friends.

Mother's and Daughters trip!

This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. The view was the best part. And the sound of the ocean... LOVE! Easy access to the beach and not a long drive, or Uber ride like we did, to anywhere. We will definitely stay here again!

The view is great! One bed is super comfortable. It did have everything we needed. The ice machine didn’t work, The Internet service is very poor in the whole building, And the door locked us out several times because it needed a maintenance call I did send a message to the owner and she ( responded quickly) said it might need a maintenance call, but I never heard back so several times we were left standing outside without our phones to even get into our room. The parking spot is very nice to have but It is in a spot where you can’t get out if you drive anything large like a truck. And then there is the elevators. We had to take the stairs a lot of times (The weight was horrendous sometimes ) and it was on the sixth floor so that equals eight flights of stairs, including the parking spots. Most of these things cannot be controlled by the owners, but just the building itself. The check in process was easy. We even got to check in early. Overall, it was nice and we all had a good time
