You will love this 4 bedroom, 3 bath house conveniently located within a short walk to the West Boardwalk beach access, which takes you to the pristine white sands of Alabama's largest private beach. You will also be just across the street from the Blue Heron Pool, the only heated pool in the community that is open year round. If you don't feel like walking, you can take the shuttle around to all the other amenities that Kiva Dunes has to offer. Within the community there are 4 pools, tennis courts, fitness center, Kiva Beach Club, 2 restaurants and the award winning 18-hole golf course. There are multiple balconies on both upper floors to sit out and relax while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. With a spacious open concept, it will be perfect for family and friends to gather. Kiva Dunes is located on the Fort Morgan peninsula, only a short drive from the downtown area of Gulf Shores. Whether you are looking to relax and get away from it all, or get out and enjoy all that the area has to offer, you will find everything you need and feel right at home in Southern Comfort.
