A large living room with abundant seating makes the main floor a natural place for the group to gather and enjoy the trip together. The spacious kitchen is stocked to feed the whole party, with 3 full-size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and ranges, a commercial ice machine, a long breakfast bar with drip and Keurig coffee makers, and every other essential for preparing and serving meals. Just off the kitchen, a game room with a pool table, smart TV, and arcade games keeps everyone entertained, and a home theater room with comfortable seating is the ideal way to wind down after a day at the beach. 3 bedrooms, each with a private en suite bath, are also on this level: a handicap friendly King bedroom with a walk-in shower, a second bedroom with a pair of Twin beds, and a Queen-over-Queen bunk room. 2 half baths, one off the kitchen and one by the pool, keep water and sand out of the house.

8 bedrooms in a variety of types fill the middle floor, so there's something for everyone in the group. 6 King bedrooms each have a private bathroom, and 2 of them enjoy direct beachfront views. 2 big bunk rooms each hold 2 sets of Queen-over-Queen bunks plus a Twin-over-Twin bunk, with an attached private bathroom in both. An intimate beachfront sitting area and 2 laundry closets round out the level.

Spectacular Gulf views stretch out from the second living area and lounge on the top floor, which also has a kitchenette with another full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and bar seating. A balcony just outside is a great spot to soak up the sun and breeze. The home's final King bedroom, with its own private bathroom, is also here, along with a half bathroom for the common space.

Plenty of deck space outside invites guests to enjoy the sea views or catch some sun. The deck just off the main floor living room holds your own private heatable pool for a cool, relaxing dip, with room for outdoor dining and an outdoor bar for a poolside cocktail. A charcoal grill adds the option of a cookout or beachside barbecue. Just steps from the deck, across the dune walkover, a private stretch of sugar-white sand beach awaits, and an outdoor shower makes washing off the sand easy when you return.

Solo Vista sits just 2.2 miles west of Hwy 59, close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, while still offering the tranquility of West Beach's quiet, less crowded shoreline.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
