Beautiful 2 bdrm beachside condo

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Sandpiper is all you need

Maintenance staff come every morning to inspect property and make sure things are in working order. Great location, love that the building is only three floors, directly on the beach, and has a wonderful gated pool.

GREAT PLACE

My grandkids had such a wonderful time and they did not want to leave. I think they are turning into a fish and we may have to move to Gulf Shores (LOL). The condo was very, very nice and we will definitely stay there again.

Great Place and Location

The condo was right on the beach and located close to everything we wanted to do. You are close enough to Gulf Shores, but feel like you are away from the crowds. Condo was spacious for 6 people and was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Very clean condo and everything we needed for a long weekend. The ladies in the rental office were always very helpful and easy to deal with. Check in and check out procedures were simple. Right on the beach and we enjoyed easy access between the condo and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Get a new housekeeper

The property itself was fine. However I spent over an hour cleaning when I arrived because there were disgusting things I could not ignore. Then I had to pay an exorbitant cleaning fee after I left so it certainly should have been clean when I arrived. I let the rental company know but they did not acknowledge what I had to say.
