Wake up to the Gulf, linger over coffee on your private balcony, and make the beach part of every day. Seawind Unit 1209 is a two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo in Gulf Shores for up to six guests, with panoramic Gulf and shoreline views from its 12th-floor balcony and open living and dining area.



Two king bedrooms and a separate study furnished as a private twin-over-full bunk room give family or friends space to settle in. The primary bedroom has Gulf views and direct balcony access. TVs are in the living room, both king bedrooms, and bunk room. A kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linens, and towels help make the stay easy. Starter soaps and paper products are provided; replenish them as needed.



Beach Days and Easy Evenings



Enjoy beach access, shared indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a zero-entry children’s pool, a fitness room, and a sauna, all included with your stay. Whether the day calls for sand, swimming, or a quiet evening together, your balcony and Gulf view are waiting when you return. Optional chair and umbrella rentals make it easy to settle into your beach day.

Check-in is 3:00 PM CT and checkout is 10:00 AM CT. No pets, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–8:00 AM CT. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in Seawind's designated smoking area, not in the condo, on the balcony, or in other common areas.



On-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.



Booking Details



Condominium association rules require an adult age 25 or older to stay throughout the reservation. The booking guest must be at least 25, sign the rental agreement and stay for the full reservation; third-party bookings are not allowed. After booking, we send a secure OwnerRez link to sign the agreement, upload a government-issued photo ID so our team can verify the signer’s identity and age for association compliance, and confirm a current phone number for the stay. Complete these steps within four hours of booking if arrival is seven days or less away; otherwise, by 9:00 AM Central Time on the second calendar day after booking. Contact us through your booking channel if you have difficulty.



A required $500 temporary authorization hold is processed by the host on the guest’s credit card two days before arrival and released two days after departure, less any amount kept for documented guest-caused costs allowed by the agreement and law. This temporarily reduces available credit or funds; the bank may take additional time to reflect release.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

A great condo!

Winter Retreat

Our friends and us love to escape the WI winters and walk on the sandy beaches at Gulf Shores. This year's adventure was exceptionally enjoyable as the process of securing a condo was so easy and our hosts' were beyond wonderful to work with.

Great location

We vacationed here for 7 days and I have to say that it was truly wonderful. The owner contacted me to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was okay. This condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores which was a plus for us. We can’t wait to return.

Fantasic view!

Just as advertised. Plenty of room. Lots of amenities. We had a great vacation with the best view. Close to restaurants and shopping. Lots of things to do on the beach for a separate price. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful views

We enjoyed the views. Just beautiful! The beach was really busy but it was the 4th of July week. It was a very nice condo and very close to restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful stay!

Loved the location and loved having a corner unit affording extra beach views. Owner was very responsive and helpful and the unit was as described. We wished we’d known the Seawinds pool and hot tub wouldn’t be operational at all during our stay, and that the parking garage would be under construction…but that’s our only complaint.

Wonderful vacation...
