This unit is less than 12 steps from 2 elevators. It is a corner, pie shaped unit (meaning over 100 sq ft larger than other units) that is designed with an open concept which omits that "tunnel" feeling of most condos. There are only a limited number of units with 1237 sq ft. of living area and 350 sq ft of balcony at Seawind. BOTH of the spacious main bedrooms are open to the huge oceanfront balcony (8'x 45') along with the living room unlike other units that only have one bedroom with slider. This 17th floor unit has gorgeous panoramic views as far as the eye can see! We have added brand new patio furniture which includes a table and 4 swivel rocker chairs, 2 larger swivel rockers, a settee glider and a lounger. You can watch the dolphins and the stingrays in the morning and the sunset in the evening! We have just remodeled with all new living and dining room furniture including a queen size sofa sleeper. A new paint job and Luxury Vinyl Planking are also added in the renovations. We are also the only condo in the building with our new electric fireplace for those cooler nights. The Master bedroom has been totally remodeled (2020) with new furniture including a King size bed and plenty of storage space to empty those suitcases. The second bedroom has the best views in the house along with a queen size bed and all beds have new mattresses. The newly renovated bunk room is perfect for the little ones with new twin bunk beds with steps and storage for convenience and their private little getaway. Each room has brand new TV's (flat screen LCD) and DVD players so no arguing over what movie to watch. Tastefully decorated with a 47" TV in the living room and 32" in the Master and second bedroom and a 27” in the bunk room. This unit has new, full size washer and dryer in a full size laundry room where you will also find assorted beach toys and chairs, all in a beach cart ready to enjoy on the beach! When it's time to relax and you need some down time, we invite you to check out our assorted games, books and puzzles or the free Wi-Fi on your tablet or computer all while snuggling up in the blankets and throws we have provided for you to make you as comfortable as we want to be! Seawind boasts some of the best amenities on the beach including internet, local phone calls, an Awesome zero entry kiddie area with sprinklers and pool that the kids will LOVE!!!, a heated indoor/outdoor pool and one of the Best gyms in the area!! Don't want to go out?, just walk over to Sea N Suds which is in our backyard and grab a bite to eat or a drink! You want to have some fun without ever having to drive? Visit the jet ski, banana boat and parasailing rentals right beside Sea n Suds!!! We are so close to all the entertainment, You can walk to the Hangout or Pink Pony which is only a few blocks away along with 7 souvenir shops and a Dollar General. But you don't even have to go that far, because we have a New Market right across the street from us that has everything you need including Souvenirs, a liquor store and groceries or Walmart is only one mile down the road. Like breakfast for lunch? We even have a Waffle House right across the street as well for your waffle or pancake cravings!! You literally never have to get in your car!! Seawind provides onsite management for added security as well as security that patrols the building.
If you do like to venture out, we are only 1-3 miles to the Gulf State Park, Waterville Water Park, putt putt golf, The Track amusement park and Adventure Island amusement park.

****What we provide for your convenience****
We provide one roll of paper towels, 1 roll TP for each bath, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent and we also try to provide laundry detergent for your convenience. We offer Folgers coffee and filters, creamer, sugar and sweeteners. You will need to bring your own K cups. We also have spices in the cabinet for you to use if needed. No need to bring your blow dryer (we have 2). We do not provide beach towels due to cleaning conflict. We do provide 4 beach chairs, beach toys including boogie boards and a buggy to carry it all to the beach for you!! Enjoy!!
