Built in 2020, Gulf Place offers modern design, high-end furnishings and an elevated coastal experience.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying the Smart TV, gather at the dining table for 8, or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in breathtaking views of the sugar-white sand beaches. This outdoor space, accessible from multiple bedrooms, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle and can accommodate up to three guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

Take the elevator up to the rooftop oasis featuring a seasonally heated pool, lounge areas and incredible panoramic views of the beach and city. Guests also enjoy access to a 7th floor hospitality area with games and space to relax, or watch your favorite game on the Smart TV.

Great Place

Can't beat the location to everything. Nice that each bedroom has a balcony view that connect with each other. The additonal room with trundles was a plus for us. The parking situation was no problem. We have stayed at other high rise condos that were a nightmare to park. The beach was not over crowded. Overall great place for large families or mutli family vacation.

Was a relaxing trip. Great location being next to hangout was nice. Great place for people watching. Loved the fact it was a small building. Roof top pull was really nice. Lots of room. The security was not very friendly the parking situations was not ideal.

Martin/Smith Family Vacation

We had the Martin family from Texas meet us (Smith family) for vacation together. Betsy was my contact and was so quick with responses for the questions we had to start our vacation. Wonderful condo and the rooftop pool/game room was spot on. We will reserve a condo again once we get dates set for our next vacation!

Great family vacy

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The space was great! So convenient to walk to the hangout and other restaurants and shopping without fighting for parking! It was easy to get to the beach (and the beach wasn’t crowded). We loved the rooftop pool and the little playground just outside. The condo building was really nice-only 13 units in the building so it was easy to get an elevator. We like to cook and had most of our meals in. Next time we will bring more kitchen supplies (extra pot holders, kitchen towels, good knives, and #4 cone coffee filters-all of the stores we checked were out of those!). We will definitely rent here again!

Perfect Location and Condo

We had a great stay in Gulf Shores, despite the weather not being the best. This property was perfect for two families with young kids. We enjoyed the pool, as well as the game room. The beach was steps away, and you could walk to multiple places to eat or get ice cream. We will definitely be back!

Executive Retreat

I utilized this location as an executive strategic planning session over a three night two day stay. It was perfect and a beautiful view of the ocean as we set at the table with our laptops to brainstorm! One suggestion would to be to bring extension cords for your laptops… only two plugs to access from the table and neither are close enough. Just a suggestion if you use it for business working retreat. The team loved it! Restaurants and general stores are within walking distance! Excellent location… If there’s a negative it’s where you have to park your vehicle. That’s a little cumbersome but still was within walking distance. We will be back! Enjoyed the stay and the location! Thanks for having us!

This was the perfect property for a New Years getaway. It was walking distance to several restaurants. The view was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

One Better

This is it. That one better location that you keep hoping to find. This is a beautiful condo facing the beach with sunrise views from your bedroom balconies and a sunset views from your living room -either from the two walls of floor to ceiling windows or the balcony. Interior spaces are perfect. The open concept main living space keeps everyone together as you enjoy preparing a meal, playing games or simply relaxing. The three en suite bedrooms plus the additional bedroom are ideal for families or friends who want to travel together. All design choices are on point. Location is amazing. You’re within walking distance of so many restaurants that you could eat at a different place every day for your entire stay and never repeat the same one.! The same with shops -you have so many shops that you can enjoy. You also have access to the local park. Of course best of all:the beautiful beach. This is a beach front property with access to a gorgeous beach just steps away from your door. The beach is incredibly maintained and never too But what really makes this a special place is the rooftop pool. Absolutely gorgeous blend of areas to swim to sun and to lounge. Price was reasonable. Booking was easy. Customer service outstanding.

The location was great for action, closeness to the beach, places to eat, shop and groceries! If you’re wanting to rest quietly at night don’t count on it. The Hangout has a band playing most nights that is very easily heard from all bedrooms! It’s your choice if you want to be in the middle of fun times!

Great location and views in the middle of the action

The condo was perfect for our 3 couples and 2 teens. It was clean, modern, and easy to get everywhere. The only negative if I had to give one is that parking is a block away. Not a big deal when the weather is nice but it rained really hard for a couple of mornings while we were there. Just something to consider, pack and umbrella or rain jacket and it's no problem.
