Plantation West #1361 is a well known retreat located on the white sandy beaches of Fort Morgan. Located on the third floor, this loft style space sleeps 5 people and has a private balcony for your enjoyment. Once on-site of Gulf Shore Plantation you'll enjoy resort-style amenities such as a shared pool, dry sauna, tennis courts, basketball courts, and beach access.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, we encourage you to read cancellation policy guidelines found in our terms and conditions at the bottom of our website, the credit card fee will not be reimbursed.
Added Conveniences
-Elevator located in the building.
-Laundry is located in Building 6 on the 1st and 3rd floors (US coin and credit cards accepted). New towels will not be provided once yours are dirty. We do however leave detergent for you to wash your own towels in the laundry services on sight as needed
-Buy by the bag ice is also available in the breezeway of building 6.
-This unit features a Keurig coffee maker.
-This unit does not have access to the indoor pool area. It does however have access to the indoor spa located in building 4.

While the Association and management team work diligently to maintain all property amenities, availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed. From time to time, amenities such as pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, tennis courts, beach access points, and other common areas may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be provided for the temporary loss of amenities.
Guests with mobility limitations or those who require elevator access should carefully consider their accommodations before booking. While elevator outages are rare, they can occur without notice due to maintenance, repairs, power interruptions, or emergency situations. In the event elevators are unavailable, access to upper floors may be limited to stairways only. Guests who are unable to comfortably use stairs are encouraged to book a ground-floor unit or alternative accommodation that better meets their accessibility needs. Neither the property owner, homeowners association, nor management company can guarantee uninterrupted elevator service during any stay.
