Our Happy Place

Sat to Sat only Memorial day thru Labor Day 2026. The owners (Kerry & DeAnn, Steve & Paula) of unit 302 on the 3rd. floor in the Seacrest condominium at 1117 W.Beach Blvd. would like to welcome you to OUR favorite vacation destination. We want you to walk in the door and say Ahhh. You deserve to relax in comfort and feel like your vacation condo is truly your home away from home.
Our families have been vacationing at Seacrest for 15 years and enjoyed it so much we purchased our own unit. This is our personal vacation home and we would like to share it with you. We take great care and furnish it with high quality linens, furniture and supplies. The condo has just been freshly painted and re-decorated. we have replaced the old couch and recliner with a new couch and recliner. The bathroom is updated with new fixtures, lighting and comfort height toilet. Our Queen bed has a high-end mattress with pillow top and memory foam . (The memory foam may be removed for a firmer option ) Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig or Mr. Coffee on the patio in the bar height table and chairs. Enjoy the dolphins early and late.Gorgeous sunsets await your evening and then walk the beach searching for sand crabs. We provide the flashlights.
We provide a 50" SmartTV in the living room and 32" in the bedroom. We provide a washer/dryer in the closet by the bunks. Seacrest has overflow parking across the street if needed. The facility has a beautiful pool and hot tub with pool side restrooms. We have a boardwalk to the beach with a shower. Luggage carts are available in the lobby near the elevators. Our unit is across from the emergency exit and only two floors up.
We hope you consider our favorite vacation location when you are choosing your next vacation. We are located just 1.5 miles down the beautiful west beach-so close to attractions and dining, yet on the quieter side of the island. We are on a two lane beach road with walking lanes for jogging and biking. The Beach House restaurant, Waves grocery, S&S seafood and an ice-cream shop are only a block away.

This condo was just as listed. Place was clean & had all the necessities. Location was right on the beach with easy access. The views from balcony were amazing. We even saw some dolphins! Highly recommend this place. Look forward to booking this place again.

Beautiful views and convenient

Our family stayed at this condo in May and loved the location right on the beach! We had a few questions prior to our stay and the host was quick and helpful in his communication. The condo was clean and the space worked well for what we needed - our two children loved sleeping in the built in bunk beds! Well stocked kitchen and balcony view of the beach is fantastic. We look forward to staying here again!

Lovely view and considerate hospitality

We loved our stay here, my husband and I did. We visited Gulf Shores to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary and we are very grateful for the quality of this particular rental. We stayed for a week and felt at home at all times. First, we only discovered upon reading their guestbook that there had been guests in the condo the morning of the day we arrived. Had we not read it, we would not have had any inclination that it was recently occupied. The cleaning service did a fantastic job. The owners are very open to communication, quick to respond, and keep the place well stocked with supplies that you would probably not have thought to pack, such as a lighter or a vacuum or plastic shopping bags. There is so much consideration, you really feel like you live here. The building is well kept and you have effortless access to the beach. We appreciated the foot-washing station on the boardwalk to help keep sand under control. We chose this condo based on reviews like this and I suggest you do the same. You will only be thrilled with your choice!
