This condo has a view of the Gulf that is hard to leave. Relax on the *beach front balcony* with your favorite beverage or romantic dinner. We have two beach chairs for you to take down to the beach and relax in the sun. This condo is well equipped with all you need for a great vacation with your loved ones and family. This condo is allowed one car parking only.

I can’t gush enough about this place ! The condo was easy to get to, parking is right at the building, carts available to carry your bags up in the elevator. The condo was fresh and spotless, with well stocked cabinets and plenty of linens. The host provides nice seating on the balcony and the view from the fifth floor was fabulous - my favorite place each morning with my tea and dolphins, ( if I got up early enough, lol ) The white sandy beach is right there to access via the property walk out. Restaurants and shopping are nearby as are many other fun activities. People are super friendly and relaxed here. We can’t wait to come back to the area and will definitely stay here again !

Check-in was seamless, room was very clean and plenty of towels and washcloths stocked. The shower is not modern, but it was clean and did its job. Plenty of parking at building entrance. The only issue at all is that there isn’t a restroom on the ground level for easy access from the beach. We had to go to our rooms each time. Overall a great stay!

My husband & I stayed for a week. Perfect condo for our grandson’s baseball tournament/Spring Break week. Very family friendly complex with excellent beach front views and access. The elevator had pee smell everyday. The was not the best and the bed was uncomfortable The tv selection was the worst selection we have ever been at any property. Condo needs some work. BUT OK for a short stay.

The property was just as described and pictures show. It is small but was a great size for us 3 girls on a girls beach trip! It was very well equipped. I always take extras of all The essentials but they had extras of everything and I didn’t need to use any of my stuff. The view from the balcony was great and it’s a short walk down the pathway to the beach not a long way away like some condos are. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Awesome balcony on the beach!

Our trip was a quick girls' weekend with my daughter. The unit was clean, recently reno'd and well represented in the photos. The building is dated and can be noisy, and the elevator was out of order one of the days of our trip. The balcony is amazing with unobstructed views of the beach and pool, and there are few things like having morning coffee in the ocean air. The unit is quite literally steps from a beautiful white sand beach, and the condo has umbrella service available each day.
