Property was clean, easy access and communication with staff was great. The condo we stayed in was clean but the master shower handle fell off first time using and the beds were like sleeping on the floor. The couch was uncomfortable as well. We were there when there with bad weather for the entire trip, luck of the draw, but when we were in our room, there was no access to tv in second BR and access to live tv on the others was difficult. We’ve stayed here before and it was great, this time was not, as far as comfort goes.
